Responsible Gaming

i. Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of money you can deposit into your Account. Once a deposit limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the applicable time period resets. Deposit limit decreases take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

ii. Entry Fee Limits

You may set limits on the total amount of entry fees you can pay within a specified time period. Once an entry fee limit is reached, you will not be able to enter additional Contests until the applicable time period resets.

iii. Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need to take a break from fantasy sports, Vantage provides the ability to self-exclude directly from the Platform. Self-exclusion is a voluntary program that allows you to restrict your own access to the Platform for a specified period of time or permanently.

iv. How to Enroll

You may enroll in self-exclusion through the settings section of your Account within the app, or by contacting our Customer Support Team at support@vantagedfs.com.

v. Effect of Self-Exclusion

Upon confirmation of your self-exclusion, you will immediately be logged out of your Account. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, open a new Account, deposit funds, enter any Contests, win any prizes, or receive any bonus or other promotional reward. Any funds deposited or promotional benefits awarded during the exclusion period will be voided and not returned. Any real money balance remaining in your Account at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to you within five (5) business days.

vi. Contests in Progress

Any Contests that are in progress, pending, or otherwise unsettled at the time self-exclusion is enabled will be settled upon the result of each Contest, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, rules, or regulations. All winnings awarded during the exclusion period will be forfeited. Some jurisdictions may require the refund of Contest entry fees associated with unsettled Contests, while other jurisdictions may require the forfeiture of any winnings or the recovery of any losses associated with unsettled Contests.

vii. Duration

Self-exclusion options may include defined periods (such as 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year) as well as a permanent exclusion option. The available durations will be presented at the time of enrollment. Once a self-exclusion period is selected and confirmed, it cannot be shortened or reversed by Vantage or by you until the selected period has expired.

viii. Reinstatement

If you selected a defined exclusion period, your Account will not be automatically reinstated at the end of the period. You must affirmatively contact Vantage to request reinstatement. Vantage reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose a cooling-off period before reinstating your Account. If you selected permanent exclusion, your Account will not be reinstated.

ix. Release

When enrolling in self-exclusion, you agree to release all of the following from harm, monetary or otherwise, that may arise as a consequence of the self-exclusion: the State and/or jurisdiction which oversees the regulations of the state you are located in; the board or commission of the state you are located in; and Vantage, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents.

x. Third-Party Reporting

Vantage allows third parties who have concerns about a User's ability to manage his or her play to contact our Customer Support Team to make a report regarding that User's participation in Vantage Fantasy Contests. If you are concerned about a friend or family member's gaming behavior, you may contact us at support@vantagedfs.com. Vantage, in its sole discretion, may take action on any such report, including but not limited to contacting the User, applying responsible gaming limits, or excluding the User from the Platform.

xi. Underage Gaming Prevention

Vantage does not permit anyone under the age of 18 (or the minimum age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction, whichever is older) to create an Account or participate in any Contest. Vantage utilizes age and identity verification procedures to prevent underage access. If we determine that a User is underage, we will immediately terminate the Account, void any Contest entries, and refund any deposited funds. If you believe that someone under the legal age has created an Account or is using the Platform, please contact us immediately at support@vantagedfs.com.
