Promotional Rules

These Promotional Rules (“Rules”) govern all bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by Vantage Social Inc., operating as Vantage (“Vantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through its fantasy sports platform.
Overview
These Rules apply to the Vantage Platform, including the website at www.vantagedfs.com and mobile applications available on the Google Play and Apple App Store. These Rules are incorporated into and subject to the Vantage Terms of Use.
Vantage may, from time to time, offer promotions to eligible Users, including but not limited to deposit bonuses, free Contest entries, referral bonuses, promotional codes, loyalty rewards, and limited-time offers (each, a “Promotion”). The specific terms of each Promotion, including eligibility, value, and expiration, will be posted on the Platform at the time the Promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the terms of a specific Promotion, the terms of the specific Promotion shall control, except that the Arbitration Agreement (Section 17 of the Terms of Use) shall always prevail.
By participating in any Vantage Promotion, you agree to these Rules, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
All Promotions are available only to Users who meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3(i) of the Terms of Use, have a verified Vantage Account in good standing, are physically located in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted at the time of claiming or using a Promotion, and have not been suspended, excluded, or otherwise restricted from the Platform.
Unless otherwise stated, each Promotion is limited to one per User, per household, per device, and per Account. Users who maintain or use multiple Accounts to claim Promotions are subject to disqualification and Account termination.
Vantage reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether a User meets the eligibility requirements for any Promotion. Vantage may require Users to provide proof of eligibility prior to awarding any promotional benefit.
Promotion Types
Deposit Bonuses
Deposit bonuses award bonus funds to a User's Account upon making a qualifying deposit. The minimum deposit amount required to activate a deposit bonus will be specified in the Promotion's terms. Deposit bonuses may match a percentage of the qualifying deposit (e.g., 100% match up to $50). The match percentage and maximum bonus amount will be stated in the Promotion. Bonus funds will be credited to the User's Account after the qualifying deposit has been received and verified.
Unless otherwise stated, deposit bonus funds are subject to a playthrough requirement before they may be withdrawn. The default playthrough requirement is 1x the bonus amount in Contest entry fees. Specific Promotions may impose higher or lower playthrough requirements. Deposit bonuses that have not met the playthrough requirement will expire 30 days after being credited, unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited.
Free Contest Entries
Free Contest entries allow Users to enter specified Fantasy Contests without paying an entry fee. Free entries are valid only for the specific Contest types and entry fee tiers designated in the Promotion. Free entries cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Any Fantasy Prize Winnings earned through a free Contest entry are credited to the User's Account balance and are subject to standard withdrawal requirements.
Free entries expire 3 days after being credited, unless otherwise specified. Unused free entries are forfeited upon expiration.
Referral Bonuses
Referral bonuses reward existing Users (“Referrer”) for inviting new Users (“Referred User”) to join the Platform. The Referred User must be a new Vantage User who creates an Account using the Referrer's unique referral link or code and meets all Account eligibility requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the Referred User must complete a qualifying action (e.g., making a minimum deposit, entering a paid Contest) before the referral bonus is awarded.
Referral bonuses may be awarded to the Referrer, the Referred User, or both, as specified in the Promotion. Referral bonuses are subject to a maximum number of qualifying referrals per User, as stated in the Promotion. Vantage reserves the right to cap referral bonuses at any time. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other forms of referral manipulation are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and potential Account termination.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) may be distributed through marketing channels, partnerships, or direct communication. Each Promo Code is valid for a single use per Account unless otherwise stated. Promo Codes cannot be combined with other Promotions unless explicitly permitted. Promo Codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
All Promo Codes have an expiration date. Expired Promo Codes cannot be redeemed. Vantage reserves the right to void any Promo Code that has been obtained through unauthorized channels, including but not limited to scraping, unauthorized distribution, or fraud.
Loyalty and Milestone Rewards
Vantage may offer rewards based on User activity, milestones, or loyalty status. The specific actions or milestones required to earn loyalty rewards will be posted on the Platform. Loyalty rewards may include bonus funds, free entries, enhanced multipliers, exclusive access, or other benefits as determined by Vantage. Loyalty rewards are personal to the User's Account and cannot be transferred.
Limited-Time and Seasonal Promotions
Vantage may offer time-limited Promotions tied to specific events, seasons, or dates. The start and end dates of any limited-time Promotion will be clearly stated. Limited-time Promotions may be restricted to certain jurisdictions, Contest types, or User segments. Vantage reserves the right to end a limited-time Promotion early if the Promotion's budget or participation cap has been reached.
Bonus Funds
Bonus funds are not cash. They are promotional credits that may only be used as entry fees for eligible Fantasy Contests on the Platform. Bonus funds have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be played through 1x in Contest entry fees before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Only entry fees paid using bonus funds count toward the playthrough requirement. Playthrough progress is tracked in the User's Account.
Users may not withdraw bonus funds that have not met the applicable playthrough requirement. If a User requests a withdrawal of deposited funds before meeting the playthrough requirement on associated bonus funds, the remaining bonus funds will be forfeited. Fantasy Prize Winnings earned using bonus fund entries are credited as real funds and may be withdrawn once the playthrough requirement is met, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
Bonus funds expire 30 days from the date credited unless a different expiration period is stated in the Promotion. Expired bonus funds are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
When a User enters a Contest, deposited funds are used before bonus funds, unless otherwise specified.
Modification and Cancellation
Vantage reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time, with or without notice. In the event of cancellation, Vantage will honor any promotional benefits already credited to a User's Account, except where the User has violated these Rules or the Terms of Use.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited in connection with any Promotion and may result in forfeiture of promotional benefits, reversal of bonus funds and associated winnings, and suspension or termination of the User's Account:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once.
- Using false or misleading information to qualify for a Promotion.
- Colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers.
- Manipulating contest entries or outcomes to satisfy playthrough requirements without genuine participation.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to claim or use promotions.
- Engaging in any activity that Vantage determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes bonus abuse.
- Any other conduct that violates the Terms of Use.
General
All other terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to tax obligations, responsible gaming, disputes, arbitration, and self-exclusion, are governed by the Vantage Terms of Use, the Vantage Contest Rules, and the Vantage Responsible Gaming Page, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
